  • Microsoft announced a fourth version of Windows 8. After having mentioned three versions , the company now confirms release of Windows 8 Enterprise, a system that is aimed exclusively for business.

The new version includes característas that customers can enjoy Windows 8 Pro along with quality features designed to provide mobile productivity, security, manageability and virtualization needs of today's businesses.

Among other tools we can find Windows To Go, DirectAccess, BranchCache and AppLocker. For the first characteristic, you can simply use a USB to take any work home on your own hardware, without affecting the security of the company.

Furthermore, DirectAccess enables remote users to access resources within a corporate network without having to launch a separate VPN. Perfect for bosses who always travel or are away, perhaps even for those who are ill to work at home and need a document that is on your PC.

BranchCache tool allows users to cache the files, websites and other content on central servers, so the content is downloaded repeatedly through wide area network (WAN). This work will be much faster. You can also use AppLocker to help you reduce the problems of security and productivity by restricting user access to specific files or groups or applications.

Hopefully soon the launch of the official version of Windows 8. Personally I have my favorite among all the versions that are now only up to you what is to be the one you favor in terms of work and fun.
