  • Many were amazed when Intel announced that this year would enter the smartphone market, which is that we never know mobile processor work with this company. In fact, let's still very surprised when they presented the first copy of the new range mobile phone belonging to the company Lava, called XOLO X900 .

Although many expected a super smartphone, perhaps with a powerful processor and other interesting features, the new X900 is a smartphone Xolo fairly complete, with basic features enough to become one of the most popular in the world but not to innovate in the world of cell phones, as many thought at the time.

    XOLO characteristics X900

    Design:

The new Intel mobile device is quite large with a fairly rectangular design with a 4-inch screen (1024 x 600 pixels), more than what has been seen on other smartphones. We can not say if fit in the hands of people or if they will be comfortable, but we can not say that the model is innovative.

The X900 XOLO displays four buttons at the bottom of the screen that allows users to perform actions such as backward, go to the menu, return to the home, and go to the message function. Also will have a micro USB port and micro HDMI, stereo speakers, dual microphone noise cancellation for, and a card slot 16GB RAM.

    Camera:

One of the best ways to demonstrate that it has a processor is pretty good when taking photos, is that the X900 XOLO has two cameras, one front and one in back. The front camera is 1.3 megapixels used exclusively for video calls and the second 8-megapixel camera, burst mode that can take 10 pictures per second. Considering the high resolution photos, we were quite impressed because the processor appears to act fairly quickly and well. You can also record videos in 1080p and play perfectly well with its GPU 400 MHz

    Performance:

The batteries in the new mobile device, according to Intel, will duraraciĆ³n average of 5 hours on 3G browsing, 45 hours of audio and video, and more than 8 hours of talk time.

    Multimedia:

The LCD screen of 4.03 inches with a high resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels ensures crisp text and vibrant images. A dedicated port for HDMI output and two speakers of the TV X900 XOLO converted to a powerful multimedia device to better enjoy your days. You'll never miss any detail of the video, as you can see it all in HD.

    Processor:

Of course we could not stop talking about the first Intel processor for smartphones. XOLO inside X900 include an Intel Atom "Medfield" (Z2460), allowing you to become the fastest smartphone web browsing. The processor comes with Hyper Threading technology with 1.6 GHz, 400 MHz graphics processor, 1 GB RAM, 16 GB of internal memory and dual camera, front and rear of 1 and 8 megapixels respectively.

In addition, HSPA + will have four bands (850/900/1900/2100) and will run with the operating system Android Gingerbread, not the Ice Cream Sandwich as expected, but Intel has confirmed that in a fairly short period its new smartphone will get a update to use the latest version of the Google system.

On the other hand, we can see that among other things will have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR.

    Conclusions:

The Xolo X900 smartphone may not be the Intel expected by many, but could become one of the most popular because of its speed. Since today, users prefer to have a device much faster than comfortable, this was due to every day applications are much heavier and more graphics.

In fact, with Intel in the mobile device will be much easier and faster to open instantly, instead of having a smartphone with hundreds of features but slow navigation. For this and other reasons more, the new device could become one of the most interesting, we have seen in recent times. While we expect that Intel will surprise us with a new model, much more powerful than the X900 XOLO.
